Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and extra beds

• All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
• One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

• 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
